Your missing C-17 actually called "RCH421" and was 04-4137 305th AMW.
Your "R26575A" flight called "R26575" and consisted of UH-60Ls 94-26575, 94-26565 & 93-26510 A/2-227th AVN.
Your UH-60M 09-20245 would actually be 10-20245 but was not at Spangdahlem this day.
Your "R20821A" flight called "R20821" and consisted of UH-60Ms 16-20821, 15-20731, 16-20813 & 16-20810 3-227th AVN.
