RCH747 C17A 02-1110 departed KPSM/Portsmouth at 06.15Z with clearance for ETAD
RCH190 C17A 02-1105 got the same clearance, and departed 25 minutes later.
So both should arrive SP later this afternoon.

RCH696 is inbound now from Bangor, ME. ADS-B says 06-6158.
