Planning a trip to the Hamburg area. Does anyone know which airports / airfields, preserved aircraft and heliports I can find in this area ?

Without claiming to have a 100% overview, the following may be a good start.
Wrecks and relics in Germany or go to the map, or download page to have a better view on the specific Hamburg area.
Airport, airfields and heliports in Germany and same comment again if you want to get a better view for the specific area.

If you have the time for it, I would definitely make a visit to Hamburg Finkenkwerder airport!
Everyday you have testflights of brand new airbus A320 family aircraft and if you're lucky A380 testflight. Also every day enough Beluga action.
This is what I saw in 2 days: http://forum.scramble.nl/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=100123

If you're into GA, Uetersen is the place to be.
