USN Growlers to Spangdahlem?

I saw a YouTube video that said that there are 6 EA-18G Growlers enroute/arrived at Spangdahlem for a TDY.
The video says the Growlers had to arrive "today" the video is uploaded on 9th August 2023. Is there anyone that can bring more light to this?

I'd say it's "clickbait". The same channel also mentions 10x A-10 being deployed to Ukraine border 8 days ago. Both deployments actually happened some times ago. So he's quite late uploading his videos (with content shot elsewhere, nothing to do with the actual deployment).
