FAM museum at Santa Lucia, Mexico

Post by ehusmann »

I just came across this page about the FAM museum. This museum should be in 7 hangars (or halls) at BAM 1 Santa Lucia in Mexico. Does anybody know the exact location on the field? Is it around here possibly?

Erwin,
All the aircraft are in the same hangar, which is at N19.75475, W99.00238.
The area you marked is the Escuela Militar de Tropas Especialistas de la Fuerza Aérea (EMTEFA).

Thanks Andy. And so that means that that one hangar is divided up into several sections? Because the website means seven 'halls' (or something similar).

I don't particularly remember the hangar being split into sections, but all the photos on the website are clearly taken there.
It's maybe more like seven different themes to the exhibition.

Could be too. If you recognize the location than it is probably more sections or themes in the same hangar.

Thanks for the info.
