Spitfire force landed at Biggin Hill today

Post by D.R. »

The MK912 (G-BRRA) Spitfire took off and lost power forcing it to land back at Biggin Hill, the aircraft came down short and is heavily damaged. The pilot is OK.

Oh dear. A sad and bad warbird weekend in the UK. Glad this pilot is safe though.
