A-24s at Pima and USS Midway

Post by ChrisGlobe »

Time for another request (probably one for Andy again! :worship: )

42-54654 Douglas A-24 Banshee - this is listed as being at Pima. Is this the airframe from the USS Midway museum that was previously painted as an SBD BuNo 54654?

Also, I have a note in my records of 42-54593 being at, or formerly being at, Pima. Not sure where this note came from, but could anyone confirm either way?

Thanks!

Chris
