REQ pres. plane in the Zoo in Rhenen

Post by marcel32us »

In the Zoo in Rhenen (Ouwehands Dierenpark) in one of the restaurants, there's a wrecked plane hanging froim the ceiling, which seemed like a PZL 106 Kruk to me, it could be fake, but seemed real to me.

Anyone for the identity??

TIA,
Marcel

It is a LET Z-37 Cmelak, Nr.08-26, REG:D-ESQA, it is a former DDR Training Aircraft

One should never underestimate a first impression. On the spot I thought it was a Cmelak, but back home when checking some pics of cropdusters I decided it looked more like a Kruk.

Thanks a lot for the info,

Marcel

Hello

When you take a good look you will see the centersection is ripped of the tail.
It maybe crashed.
