F-16 at gate Volkel

Can anyone tell me what badge F-16 J-240 has, the one at the Volkel gate. And is this badge toned down? And does the F-16 has a tail band (toned down or not)? Hope that someone can help me out. Thanx

The badge is the one from 312sqn en it's a colord and as well with the tail band!
