Harvard B-165 ("A - 50") in MLM storage; ex AFS, ex NLC

Post by BennoT6 »

Hi all W&R specialists,

For a while the former Anthony Fokkerschool Rijswijk and Nederlands Luchtvaart College Hoofddorp Harvard ex KLu B-165; painted in a dark blue US scheme with code "A 50", has been stored in hangar 7 at Soesterberg, for the MLM.

Was wondering when this Harvard was actually moved from Hoofddorp to Soesterberg.

Date from the AFS to NLC move also welcome.

Regards,

Benno

Hi Benno and other Scramble MB members,

At 1 juni 2010. Info and photo at URL: http://www.airnieuws.nl/phregister/475/ ... ieuws.html

The removal from "School voor Luchtvaarttechniek Anthony Fokker" (former known as AFS), The Hague to NLC Amsterdam/Hoofddorp (now ROC) took place in 1993 (sorry, unable to trace the exact dates of the removal, including the exact removal date of the Harvard)

BR,

Robert
