C-130H 82-0055 returned broke on the 27th and departed again on the 28th and again broke in flight and returned.

KING25 (HC-130J 12-5768) was attempting to depart up to 11:00, but his flight plan got mis-filed and he waited at the end of runway 11 for an hour with all 4 engines turning and burning 3,000Lb of fuel. He had to return to his stand, shut down and top up on gas. Maybe he got away later across the pond.

Arrivals were,

14-0028 A400M Turk Hava Kuuvetleri, 221 Filo TAF221 arr 08:57 from KWRI
79-0434 KC-10A 305 AMW RCH175 arr 09:21
Drink treble
See double
Act single

and the Emir called up his jet fighters
