Thanks for the US Army sightings.
Are you absolutely certain about UH-60 821?
I think it is much more likely to have been 83-23891. This is an ex Winder-based machine transferred c Mar23 when Winder received UH-60Vs, and last physically seen in Aug23.
It does have a highlighted last three.
Looking at ADSB if flew from Dobbins on both 11 September and 14 September.

Looking back at my log and your comments Andy.
It was the last on the row just as you round the 2nd bend coming back from Lockheed, I did not get the first two digits due to angle parked and double fence, therefore it's likely a misread from me.

I logged 23891 there on Sunday 10th September
