I think HL 88-0434 was a brain fart, should have been 88-0497.
also seen today was HL 90-0744 marked as 419 OG, yellow flash with black diamonds.

According to an email received from Nellis PAO and posted on fencecheck.com, there will be NO Red Flag 2013-1 in October at Nellis AFB. The only 2013-1 flag will be held in Alaska.

that is the deadest possible time of year to visit Nellis. you will spend long days with minimal results (maybe nothing flying at all). weapons school is over and won't restart until the week following your visit.
however for just spotting Nellis birds, they will all be there (though some will be hangared or maybe at depot).
