At 15:37EST (20:37UTC) SKIP 45 (E-4B) on 05649.0 kHz wkg GANDER position report 53N40W at 20:25UTC, next 50N50W at 21:20UTC call GANDER on 122.37 Mhz

You have some conflictions in your SBS files.
E-4B is not a Sentry. It is a NAOC (NACP)
A Sentry is the E-3

Also RC-135 is not a stratotanker, it has no tanking capability. The RC-135V is a "Rivet Joint".
