Bulgarian Air Force Military Helicopter Mil Mi-24 Hind at Graf Ignatievo Airshow in 2019. 4K Ultra HD video with original sound. It were 10 years that a Bulgarian Air Force Mil Mi-24 hind didn't appear at an Airshow.
The Mil Mi-24 (Миль Ми-24) Hind is a large helicopter gunship, attack helicopter and low-capacity troop transport with room for eight passengers. Mil Mi-24 Hind has been operated since 1972 by the Soviet Air Force and its successors, along with 48 other nations.
Graf Ignatievo Air Base (LBPG) is located in the village of Graf Ignatievo, about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) north of Plovdiv, Bulgaria's second largest city. It is the sole remaining fighter base of that state and houses two squadrons of jet aircraft.
The 4K UHD video was shooted during the anniversary celebrated at Graf Ignatievo Air Base on 29th June, 2019. It has been 20 years since the coming into service of the Bell-206 Helicopter; 30 years since the first MiG-29 fighter arrived at the base and 40 years since the Mil Mi-24 Hind Russian made Military helicopter came into use for the Bulgarian Air Force.
