Its a good sat and clear skies... got an airshow in KAFW but it was all warbirds and no Military participation decided to hang around NAS Ft worth with a good friend visiting from Switzrland.. consider a slow Sat but get to catch 2 flights of F-35A from Lockheed martin! one of them doing her maiden ...

9-21-2013 was a great SAt in KAFW got the following aircraft VFC-13 14-761535 F-5n AH-1W from HMLA -773/A 165449 in digital camo T-6 RA tailcode 04-737 T38C XL 66-4338 T38C EN 66-325 There was another RA aircraft but miss the number.... We got quite a good day on 8-17-2013 in KAFW Ft worth Alliance. Was hoping for some F-16 from our local sqdrn but 2 weeks in the row on the sat and they did not fly. Just my luck. Got into a great day when 3 VMFA 542 from Beaufort MCAS came in on Fri... got news they are going to leave the SAt After...

8/17 KAFW/..... still no fly day for the Spads..... oh well ! 2 weekend in a row..... But we got some interesting transient traffic... 3 harriers from VMFA 542 showed up on 8/16 Friday. yeah! all spads is in alliance and security is tight by the SW corner near the warehouse .... we are not able to get near that warehouse since all the F16 is parked there beside the fence.

Yes! those are very powerful engines ! sounds very different from the F-16 4 sure.

next time I will try for video for those F-35 take offs Very dramatic.
