Re: Rekkof XF-Series

Re: Fokker 100 for Aviodrome museum...

Pff, als Rekkof ooit vliegtuigen gaat bouwen, vreet ik mijn schoenen op. Allemaal. Ik heb negen paar schoenen, net geteld.
Zo wat had jij te eten vanavond, Nike, Addidas ? :)

Read my username again...
That's why I did not understand your comment, thought someone else was using your name :-)
but it never went beyond a cool looking website.
Although understandable still a wrong impression.

Start chewing, you might just be in time for the annoucement.
Ah, since when? and to whom? Guess I missed something.
Don't think you missed anything.
Fokker didn't anounce it yet, guess they will when they see the time fit.

Re: Fokker 100 for Aviodrome museum...

The airfield is already fenced
Those tiny fences won't hold against EU regulations.
Maybe a Fokker 60 for the collection?
The F60's are sold.
Rekkof = dead.
You could not have been more wrong, Rekkof is more alive then ever.

Re: Fokker 100 for Aviodrome museum...

PH-OFA is not the oldest, PH-OFJ flew 4 months before -OFA's first flight.. Anyway, great that one will be preserved! That's true in terms of date OFA 14-Apr.89 versus 11-Jan.89 for OFJ. For me being a Fokker employee OFA will remain the older one C/N 11246 versus 11248 for OFJ  Obviously fro...

Re: Fokker 100 for Aviodrome museum...

Really good news, I hope the last landing for this Fokker will be EHLE :) Although probably true for this F100 in the future we will see F70's and 100's quite regularly at EHLE. This month the construction of the new Qaps facility gets underway so....... http://www.lelystadairport.nl/Nieuws/Actuali...

Re: Fokker 100 for Aviodrome museum...

Well about 6 months ago it was the Fox Alpha. Whether this is still true I do not know but I haven't heard of another choice so. At this moment talks are still ongoing whether it will be flown or not and in what status the a/c will remain after being parked at EHLE. This is because the a/c might be ...

Re: Fokker 100 for Aviodrome museum...

There is no problem to land a F100 at EHLE.
afaik it will be flown and be OFA, the oldest F100.

Cheers,

Re: eerste vlucht connie aviodrome N749NL

It seems that some people were a little enoyed. Although factual correct they think it was political not the right move. For which I am sorry. In other words let's forget about the whole thing, we don't want people in to much trouble. Your now ex-volunteer, Thanks for your support anyway. Cheers

Re: eerste vlucht connie aviodrome N749NL

I rather don't want to go into names, it's no secret who the Aviodrome and DDA principles are. Also it can't be difficult to find out who the board members are. At the end of the day we still have to live with each other. Paris is not involved though. As always things get nasty at the top, there wer...

Re: eerste vlucht connie aviodrome N749NL

ha ha no of course not, although we do need a couple of new ones but that is no problem. We really don't know what the problem is, nobody told us. That is the problem we currently have, we don't know what to do anymore. Other then that the public says "wait a minute" we do like to see the Connie fly...

Re: eerste vlucht connie aviodrome N749NL

The board of Aviodrome/DDA consists out of KL people, they run the show these days. And if the board says no.......... which they did...... It has nothing to do with money, like I said that is all sorted. It can't be technical either as the Connie runs like a dream and both US crew members where ver...
