So far only three Canadians have been noted, all in yellow colours, 295501, 295502 and 295517.
The last one was actually the first one to be delivered, it left for Canada on the 28th and has msn 187.

I would not count on it, they usually take a tanker with them and may just stop at Prestwick or Lajes.

The Canadians will stay in Romania till the first week of January, only these two were visiting from Constanta for the flypast.
Expect them to go back to Romania for the remainder of the deployment.

Panama does not have an air force anymore since 1989, only a flying branch of the coast guard, prefix AN.

I would put my two cents on Paraguay, which has four digit serials; Peru uses three digits.

FGS Baden Wurttemberg in Den Helder has both hangar bays open, no helos visible.
