I am only quoting what others said at the field. They were supposed to do a 4 man formation over the airfield with the one arriving for the press day do a breakaway from the formation. Why they decided to do it differently I don’t know.

Did not read the Rafales myself, but they were identified by others as the four Greek Rafales delivered so far.

Anything known yet on the arrivals of the Italian Eurofighters and Tornado ECRs?

Putin has already signed a law that all foreign registered aircraft can be put on the Russian civil register yesterday. And all foreign owned planes are forbidden from leaving Russian territory. So fat chance of any of these aircraft returning to their lessors.

KC10 ROMA 84 now over Scotland, is this the one with the HL F-35s trailing? Should be a 12 aircraft deployment?

Apparently the Bulgarian prime minister is opposing the deployment of NATO jets to his country. So we will have to see if this deployment will actually happen. The man is a Putin/Russia supporter, so that explains his reasoning.

For almost 30 years this MiG-17 was in open storage at Autobedrijf Wim Hofman in the Lage Bergschebos on the outskirts of Rotterdam, but last Sunday 23 January 2022 it could not be found here anymore.
