Re: Frisian Flag in 2020

Nope. Probably they will concentrate on cancelling the many hotel reservations and informing participating air forces first before telling the rest of the world.

Re: Operational Dutch F-16's

J-641 is currently at Woensdrecht for maintenance. J-616 will be the first to be Withdrawn from use Thanx Zonan! Nothing know about the AZ Vipers? From what I have heard (not officially), the AZ Vipers will not return to the Netherlands once they are withdrawn from service (scheduled for 2022). See...

If I'm not mistaken it was M1.1.1, I think vlbLeeuwarden tweeted that.
S1.1.1, to be precise. M-series updates do not go beyond M6.5.

Re: EHLW F-35 deliveries

Re: EHLW 07-02-2020

Re: Operational Dutch F-16's

Addition:
Noted flying from Leeuwarden on Feb 3/4/5 was J-616, the oldest KLu F-16 still flying. So still active in 2020 (should be retired soon though).

Re: EHLW 31/01/2020

Re: EHLW F-35 deliveries

Please use this thread only for what it is meant for: information about RNLAF F-35A deliveries to Leeuwarden. The three posts above have nothing to do with that and should have been posted in a new entry with subject EHLW 31-01-2020... I do, however, very much appreciate the fact that you sha...

Re: Operational Dutch F-16's

Other additions to the list: - J-644 was seen flying from Leeuwarden on January 20 as AJ01 on a QRA mission (ADS-B). - Both J-624 (which took the place of J-644 earlier in the week) and J-628 were seen flying as QRA aircraft on January 22 (photoproof). EDIT: plus I have J-881 flying on December 18 (...

Re: Mil: Payerne F5 question

Unfortunately there are many days without any F5 movements at Payerne nowadays. That’s not great. What’s the reason? Would Emmen be the same? Majority of Tiger flying is done from Emmen these days. Still 22 F-5Es and 4 Fs left in active service, equipping 2 service staffels and Patrouille Suisse.
