It has radar absorbent paint / coating. It's part of "Have Glass" apparently. If you search http://www.f-16.net you will find several threads discussing it.

Volkel phased-out their Streaks in 1966 though, when 312 converted to the F-104G. Most pictures you'll see here are from spotters, taken in the late 1960s, mostly at Eindhove...

Towing a Streak was very delicate. It didn't have nose-wheel steering and the guy in the cockpit had to steer with the brakes and brake for the tow-truck, or the nose-gear would get damaged.
