Airbase is open for every one as far as i can read on Flugzeugforum and it starts in the afternoon.
Parking is at the kaserne as far as i know.

Got an answer from a Wittmund spotter, with a neighbour working on base, that the Phantoms will not fly monday (only QRA if necessary). But base is open for visitors. And as the Etendarts pilots told Crizz that they would return via Wittmund, i think best bet is Wittmund. Let's hope Otto can find a ...

Their intention is to return via Wittmund to France on monday.
Problem is NOTAM says Wittmund is closed that day.
I hope someone in Germany knows more about this.

Static is at any airshow always a surprise, but if they park the aircraft again along the sides of the apron some decent shots should be possible. Flying will take place over the southern runway so you will be facing the sun, but the road along the southside of the field is open so you can stand out...

Leeuwarden refuses to open on that day, so they first would go to Eelde and this has now changed to Soesterberg.
A Hunter crewchief also mentioned that some other participants would fly from SSB, so i thought Breitling team.

These kind of exercises take normally between 1 and 2 weeks, last year they arrived 8/9 and departed 16/9 (via Eelde because it was weekend).
So a good guess is that they will leave next week friday or saturday.
Just heard they start playing allready tomorrow.

The B707 was the T17-3 / 47-03 and it had indeed personnel onboard for an exercise in the Marnewaard area starting next week.
