Looking at the first post from YS11, i say yes...

Chinook D-892 left Gilze Rijen today as Shadow 4 towards LCW. It left Gilze Rijen for the last time in order to land at Woensdrecht.

This bird will be shipped towards the US and won't fly in Dutch and Europe airspace again.
