Re: Help with aircraft type, USS Midway Museum Restoration area, NAS North Island

Thank you for your contributions. I think that it was probably the fuselage of a Cutlass. The Google Maps image must be from a while ago, as now there is an F-4 and a Blue Angels F/A-18C in that area, plus a nearly complete Cutlass. The fuselage I am interested in has a HUD in the cockpit so I doubt...

Help with aircraft type, USS Midway Museum Restoration area, NAS North Island

Hi All,

Visible on Google Maps at 32.70822951509778, -117.21632818865666 is the centre and forward fuselage of an aircraft I can't identify. Can any of you help with identifying the type, please?

This was, I believe, seen by me from the boat tour on 04.03.2022.

Thank you very much,

David

Re: Mesa/ Falcon Field Airport, AZ 2019 - Mil

Someone who can help me with the US Army one? Had a Indian head on his tail, with underneath 30 000. Jordy Incidentally, I believe this was a Republic of Singapore Air Force example, celebrating 30,000 hours of the Peace Vanguard programme. The marks were only on the starboard side. I would love to...

Re: REQ: RCH802, C-17A using hex AE119C on 25th March 2021

I don't suppose this is of much interest to anyone but me, but just to finish off, I note that the C-17A using hex AE119C that returned to Ramstein yesterday morning from Al Udeid as BNDGE10 was reported on Flugzeugforum & the Runway26 facebook group as 03-3119. I presume this is the one I saw o...

Re: REQ: RCH802, C-17A using hex AE119C on 25th March 2021

There is a C-17 using hex AE119C over Slovakia, callsign BNDGE10, departed Al Udeid 04:14. presumably headed for Ramstein. Again I would love to know its serial if any weekend visitors get a chance to see it, please. The Runway26 facebook group listed it as 03-3117 in their movements post for yester...

REQ: RCH802, C-17A using hex AE119C on 25th March 2021

Hi All, This morning just before 10:00 local a C-17A flew eastwards over my house in England. From my SBS the callsign was RCH802 and the Hex was AE119C. Apparently this could have been either 03-3119 or 03-3126. Did this C-17 come to Ramstein, please, & if so can anyone tell me what the serial ...
