That would be nice to know - they've tried to start them already on 8./9.th September - but without luck.

It must be happen someday during summer, in may it was planned.

PS: The Mirage was flying yesterday with her first paying passenger - with a nice formation with two Hornets and then one Flybye Mirage-Swiss-Style - low and fast !!!

@Birdman You said already all - Thanks ;) only this here ... ...Offcource, next to visiting the Axalp show a visit to Meiringen airbase is recommendable. F/A-18 Hornets fly from here, aswell as the F-5 tigers. During the Axalp show it's a busy base as lots of the logistics for the show is been done ...

Hi there, I'm searching the dates and LOG's of those famous little Airpower-Demonstrations/Open Day's of the Swiss Air Force in the 90's, when we saw two of those events each year in Payerne. Especially in 1986 and 1998 I'm not sure with my photos. I've did'nt found them on Scramble's Airshowreports...

Where did I hear this before? Wasn´t it the PdS demo in Hungary last year that was cancelled because one of the pilots broke his leg.....? Extremely dangerous country, Switzerland....
