I have a D70 with a Sigma 70-300mm and a Cosina 100-400 and it works fine. Didn't had any trouble since i had the D70 like 2,5 years ago.
But i don't wanna switch objects that much so i'm considering to buy the Nikon 80-400.

Hoi Iwan Met Raw pas je die meestal achter af bij??. Ik plaat meestal in Jpegfine maar ok. De waas komt ook vaak door het gebruikte objectief helaas daar zal je niet aan ontkomen iemand van de Nikons nog een Alternatief voor een 400mm of 500mm? want denk dat ik toch maar van de Sigma 50-500 afzie. g...

En wat was bij de D70 de witbalans? als ik de waas op de foto zie zeg ik dat ie op Auto stond. Zodoende dat je kleurverschil heb.
Bij de D70 is het vaak beter om hem niet op auto te hebben.
