There are 3 H-60 flights on ADSB departing from Ilesheim, anyone any idea if they are straight heading for Eindhoven?

Is it just me or are the times when the messages are posted 1 hour forward? I'm posting this message at 1337 Dutch time now. I'm just bringing this up because it can be confusing..
