All, Last week we installed a new "Captcha" for the registration process. A Captcha is the image with a combination of letters and numbers you have to copy to differentiate a human from a so called "bot" (automated program usually used for spamming). An example of this new captcha is http://www.scra...

Hi,

I'll fix it, starting with moving the article to a new name.

After that, just have a look at the history of the article to see what I've done.

(By the way, nice addition!)

Hi, I don't thinks adding the subject did the trick. More the time (over 5 seconds) it took to enter it. In a couple of weeks we'll evaluate the modifications, and when it is too much of an inconfiniance, we might lower the five seconds. In the meantime, just remember this 5 seconds limit starts all...

Hi Corran, I'm sorry you feel that way because I really liked your contributions. The IL-convention was introduced at the Scramble editorial team many years ago, for reasons which were very valid back then. And to keep in sync with those (internal) convention, we set the naming conventions the same....

Hi Corran, "We" is the Scramble editorial team, of which Stefan is also a member. And yes, "we" are fully aware the designation IL is not official, but Il is. But for various reasons "we" prefer using the IL-designation anyway in all publications we produce; the magazine as well as the website. Ther...

All, We are doing the best we can to fight the spam, but we just don't "live" on this Message Board, so some of those spam messages may live for several hours before we delete them At the moment we are considering several options to counter the spam, but without compromising the stability of the Mes...

Hi Faan, Nice images, but as my highly valued colleague Stefan already wrote some time ago; Nice to see this response! The 'deal' (and a plus in this case) is its 'Do it yourself' principle! If you like the pics you can upload them and incorporate them into the articles! The help page should do what...
