Note that the list does not say they all operate from leeuwarden. Could easily be that those ITAFs operate from Laage, US likely from Lakenheath, danish from skrydstrup, and then you're not left with a lot for Lwd At FF they want all pilots to brief and debrief together, so everything is flying fro...
