I saw yesterday a Greyish seaking moving towards the direction Vlissingen. So i guess the German already arrived yesterday evening.

Where is it heading or what job is it going to do? will it return to rotterdam when that job is done? Cause i never saw one

Perhaps you have a low shutterspeed? by the judge of the Herc that's a reason why it's unsharp. There is almost no contrast in your pictures also. Never put the lens wide open, take it a few steps down to f9 ~ f11 that would inprove your sharpness. Also try to underexpose a little bit this will impr...
