De (K)DC-10's dragen (helaas) inderdaad al heel lang de grijze kleuren. Bij wit-grijs denk ik als eerste aan een C-130 of een Fokker 60. Het kan ook een andere dag geweest zijn want je zegt het was zeker na een C17. Voordat we de IL76's gingen inhuren en daarna de AN125's wilde defensie nog wel eens...

Are Cougars and other military aircraft frequent visitors at Texel? I know they go to De Kooy when enroute to Vliehors but do they often make approaches or maybe even full stops at Texel?

Are those ´flames´ I see on J-201´s nose?? Yeah they cleaned that part with the rest of the aircraft when it was cleaned. Normally the nose dome isn't cleaned very often, which also explains the darker color (it is not a darker paint, it is just dirt, check other pictures of Dutch Fox16's and find ...

i don't bother the noise... they are nice and clean 2 me... but hey... i'm not looking through a looking glass ;), maybe i am one of the only viewing with 1280X1024? grtz... Topgun1984 I also view them with 1280x1024 but I see the noise too. I don't think it's that bad but I think it can be much cl...

I think the noise in this case is easily removed by a noise remover program, it's not that bad. But with this weather ISO200 or maybe even 100 should be possible, not?
