Have one last wish regarding the commentary, may be its nice to let some former pilots do the talking during various displays, like the T-33, Meteor, etc. Let them tell about the aircraft and some nice short anekdotes. Think it will be a great addition to the yearly(now twice in three years) repeat...

Pownews besteedde gisteravond aandacht aan de special visitors op EHAM. Helaas lieten ze daarbij geen enkel vliegtuig zien maar ging het meer om de spotters zelf. Als ik het goed begreep was er een mevrouw die zo graag wilde gaan kijken maar geen vrij kreeg van haar werk, zich daarom had ziek gemeld...

Jammer dat het filmen niet wat eerder is gestart, deze Hornet zit toch wel erg laag boven het wateroppervlak.

Zijn boek ' Wings of the weird & wonderful ' staat bij mij in de kast. Bevat foto´s, tekeningen en door hemzelf geschreven beschrijvingen van de kisten.

Wie echt geinteresseerd is wil ik het boek wel overdoen.
