Following the tragic incident, which killed a Red Arrows pilot Flt. Lt. Sean Cunningham, all Canadian CT-155 Hawk aircraft from 15 Wing based at Moose Jaw are now grounded for safety reasons. The reason of the death of Red 5 Flight Lieutenant Sean Cunningham was due to the ejection seat parachute failed to open. He dies from multiply injures in the hospital.
