Just read at http://www.fightercontrol.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=49&t=111248 that the A-10's will be arriving at Lakenheath on Friday, so I guess they won't leave Spang on Thursday. Got a message from someone who said that 8 A-10's will deploy to Lakenheath.
Would be nice to know what the real number will be.

Does anyone know how many A-10's will be moving to Lakenheath this Thursday.
We are having plans to pay a visit to Spangdahlem this Thursday to see some A-10's.

Dont think it will be FF A-10 , possibly FT A-10's ?
Tailcode FF is for Langley F-22 Raptor (27 Fighter Squadron and the 94th Fighter Squadron).

This morning I send an e-mail through the website of the Belgian Air force with the question about the F-15's.
I received a message back that the F-15 are still coming

Hope this news about the F-15's is not true ..... what source does it come from (reliable ?).

I was also there that day Frecce crashed into the crowd. Can remember that it was my first trip outside The Netherlands with the Scramble bus, I really enjoyed the weather and all of the different type of aircraft which were parked at the static. I was standing at the spot were the aircraft crashed ...

Today I received very sad news, I got a message today from a LT Colonel from Spangdahlem that the Spangdahlem Open House is being cancelled due to cutbacks.

I think so because friday is also the spotterday..so my guess is, that this is also the arrival day on which all the aircraft will arrive.
