We don't have much time anymore to spot the F-1's at Reims, as the base closes next year. One of the Reims spotters mailed me today that the specially painted 'Belfort' F-1 made it's last flight to Chateaudun two days ago (the planes cemetery in France) .

During our holiday in France we visited Reims Air Base. Last friday a bikingtrail was opened at Soesterberg Air Base. You can now cross the base walking or by bike from the Postweg in Soesterberg to the Van Weerden Poelmanweg in Soest.
