Hello Andel & all (Andel thanks for the reply), looks like this was the bird indeed...I Googled and saw photos. It has a large belly fuel tank with strange antenna/ probe... It stopped circling over Amersfoort exactly at 17:30!!! From aprox 13:00 to 17:30 it was flying over Amersfoort (4,5 hours!!!)...

at approx. 17:42 (26-04) a Hercules came over Amersfoort in eastern direction.
