MiG at Budaors - 1990

Post by 11E »

On 25/7/1990 there was a MiG-15 at Budaors airfield with the fake registration ''1974''. The canopy and the wings were removed.
Anyone for the s/n?

As far as I know there were at least three MIG-15bis in Hungary with the false serial "1974". Those three were all noted stored at Vecses and later on at Alsonemedi. One of them as 062 (c/n 3062) in camo c/s. The other two were: 065 (c/n 3065) and 658 (c/n 2658). These two were in bare metal c/s. It could be one of these two, thats all I can say, Maybe someone else has the definite answer. Sorry for making the puzzle a little bit more complicated!

Yes, I mean these two and I think you are right about the differences with the one noted at Budaors!
