Help kindly needed on SP ;-) thanks

Post by FNF Rafale »

Easter is a special moment in the year.
I saw on the logs that last Sunday, April 10th, 8 F-35 and 2 EA-18G flew, which is pretty rare on a Sunday (and of course KC-135).
It is probably due to flight duties over Poland.
Does anybody have clues about next Sunday, 17th (Easter) and Monday, 18th ?
Thanks in advance for any informations.

In general you might expect that in a conflict situation, surveillance and guard duties continue. It's a round the clock operation.
Guarantees are never given in the pursuit of militairy aviation spotting, especially with operaional information.

This I know, I was military pilot ;-)
My question is, is it usual that E/A-18G and F-35 fly during weekends from SP ?
thanks

Locals won't fly. You can expect some F-35s (please remember they fly 6-7 hr missions, usually a 4-ship early morning followed by 2 2-ships over the day) and perhaps a few Growlers with tanker support.
Rome has Bufalotta, Arizona has alotta BUFF..
