This is not normal for Wittmund nowadays, been there a couple of times during Brilliant Ardent and no problems with security whatsoever, ever stairs along the fence on the 26 side were tolerated ?

they were tolt to go away, and if seen again they will be arrested!... bundespolizei from inside the fence,
we were on (behind)the hill/wall hiding, they never saw us!
