That's a quite early stop for refueling. Unexpected headwinds enroute :?:

That's true. Iran Air 747's are now also on the European black list, very unfortunate..

But it is an early stop indeed. Maximum range for a fully loaded A300B4 is around 6700 kilometers.
THR-LHR is only around 4400 kilometers according to howmanyhours.com..

I remember that someone in a topic stated that the A300's have to make a fuel-stop.. cannot remember anymore what topic it was. Neither when it was posted...

The Iran Air is fueled in CGN because many fuel companies do not deliver to Iran Air anymore since their payments are not secured/guaranteed. CGN fueling is,from operational point of view, the best option to get it on board quickly.

two flights fueled in CGN, IRA764 IKA-AMS-CGN-IKA and IRA710 IKA-LHR-CGN-IKA
both flights stay in the online flightplan today but no Iran Air from AMS and LHR arr. for fuel stop - the embargo is over ? IRA729 IKA-CGN-IKA was here today.
