The website (link above) now states that an Austrian C-130 (thinking of Zeltweg: make that 8T-CB!) and an Austrian S70 (Blackhawk) have been added to the static

Yes, it is a impressive list. If you want to see some Heeres hardware, then that's the place to be. Also the other participaints are also nice.

Does anybody have any experience with the location you are allowed to take photo's from?
I am especially interested in the light conditions. Will the sun be in our back for the flying displays?

Leonard, don't forget the open day at Köln Bonn.... makes 5 airshows/open days in one weekend!

Good evening
Just a request for somebody who may know.
In the previous 2 heersflieger open days (Roth & Fritzlar).
The Army tactical demo , has been operated from remote locations ( civil airfields or just a plain old field ).
Does anybody know if this is the case for Niederstetten ? And if so where ?

I just received the last info for the spottersday, containing a map.
The static-show will be south of the flying display!

Spottersday was great lot off sun shine in the back and a score off 38 uh-1‘s
i got total 41 new ones on this day
