Seems like over here then. Often bases (or units) organise photocalls with special events (exercises mostly). In most cases quite a large number of spotters are allowed on base with prior registration. Just never knew about photocalls in the US, hence the question. Good thing these events are organised though and lucky you with the Prowler!
