Ah I remember seeing that episode and wondering what kind of aircraft that was and looked it up. So I knew it was the Skyfox before I checked my answer with right mouse click :P

Stefan, to set things straight. ODW is a national organisation... not local as you might have suggested by the background of most of its members. For this reason there is no need to link us to particular such as Soesterberg.

As DAS (Scramble) is the oganisation this year, for that matter, they will not participate.
Missing LVT and SVVS aswell, but LVT hasn't taken part for some years already. Is SVVS still "alive" as an organisation after Valkenburg was closed?

Hi,

Both SVVS and LVT did not respond to (numerous) requests. Too bad but that is the way it goes. We are quite happy with the response so far!

Arnold, Stefan,

12 teams is a very good job indead, it equals the amount of 2 years ago... and I think that's the record indead.
Also nice to see two new participating team, SGW and Airnieuws trading places with SVVS and DAS this year! ;-)

Good luck this last month bet there is still alot of work and fine-tunning to do during the last weeks... I remember how things work out with only a NSK... let alone a complete event such as the DSC! Doing a good job, all looks very promising indead.

Did not realise there were 12 teams 2 years ago as well. I was just enthousiastic about the fact the the championships are still alive and kicking and even attracting 2 new teams this year!

As far as me linking ODW to Soesterberg... guess that is just because, long time ago, the 'rules of engagement' were that only teams with a home base were invited to participate. :-)

Greetings,
Stefan
