I imagined that...I asked the manager about the GdiF H500's and he said that he sold them a year ago. He either just wanted to get rid of us as quick as possible so he could close the place, or his memory wasn't working very well...

With these numbers:
G-91T.1 MM6355 60-55
G-91T.1 MM6463 32-63
G-91T.1 MM6350 32-50
G-91T.1 MM6325 32-25
G-91T.1 MM6436 60-36
G-91T.1 MM6432 32-32
G-91T.1 MM6462 32-62
G-91T.1 MM6330 32-30
8 numbers for just 6 "complete" airframes and a nose section.

We had the following codes:
60-55 (Only front fuselage)
32-30
32-62
60-82
60-86
32-25
32-50
These are the same as in the last MAR.
So I do have the 32-63, 60-36 and 32-32

According to the MAR the MM are as following:
MM6325/32-25
MM6330/32-30
MM6350/32-50
MM6362/32-62
MM6432/60-82 (this is Melchior's 32-32)
MM6436/60-86 (this is Melchior's 60-36)

From the MM6463 (the 32-63 in Melchior's report) we only found a tail next to the G-91 with code 32-11. On this machine (with code 32-11) was painted the MM-number 6443?

Another MM-numbers of G-91's on the yard were the MM6445 (tail only) and the MM6461 (wings only).

Hopefully more people can check their logs to solve the problem with the G-91's.

Regards,

Michiel

Michiel,

Indeed some errors in my log (also compared to the db) Since I only took pictures and wrote the serials down in one list, it was not clear wihch aircraft was where. Of 60-55 we only read the c/n (NC85) and this was the one without tailsection positioned just behind some loose wings, just aft of the special c/s G91.

The correct sequence from the ring road towards the F-104s wasindeed
(MM6355)/60-55 (ff)
MM6330/32-30
MM6362/32-62
MM6432/60-82
MM6436/60-86
MM6325/32-25
MM6350/32-50

The other 'compleet' G-91 had the tail of MM6463, the rear
fuselage carried 32-11 and was marked 7. The front fuselage/cockpit had 6463 painted and was also marked 7 while the nose was marked 9.

A picture of it from last year:

I was in Rome last September and drove by the scrapyard.
Sitting on top of a container were two AB.47's. Does someone know their serials? And in the corner along the main street was a G-91 with a kind of graffiti paint on the tail.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,
I took my wife to Rome on 29/01/10 and on the drive from FCO to the City centre noticed a Fiat G-91 about 2 kms to the left of the road, on a hill. It looked like it was on display. Does anyone know the serial of this aircraft??
Your help is much appreciated.

MM5029N does not exist. Should this be deleted, or was another SH-3 present?

Supposedly it is a bit more complicated than that. MM5029N was reregistered to MM81113, with code 6-26 according to the DB on this site. The code I think is a mistake (more likely 6-28), but the serial apparantly once existed. Given that the 81113 was seen too warrants a little more checking I would think.
