I've seen him at Florennes, during a TLP press day in 2003. He behaved like a real moron, standing in front of other photographers with his tiny camera on a tripod... Not such a nice memory, let's return to the good ones!I think 'Uitpuil' is still active

Sure do remember. Since I lived in Soest in those days, I sometimes rode home with him. Think his name was Gerard, but had several nicknames (non of which he listend to) like Albino, Spitfire, kinderlokker, and Opa Stucka...
Haven't seen him again after 1992 orso... but the periode before that always a commen sight at the spotting hill. Can any one remember this "strange" man aswell?

Just my few pennies worth of thinking, but I think your reaction is a bit inappropriate, taking into account the seriousness of this whole thread. They did not do harm to anybody, walking around in that outfit.
