Today I recieved my brand new Epson V700 scanner :D

This are the first results for now. I'am very happy with the
quality of the scanner. All scans which I show you here are
35mm negatives. The software is very easy to use, Silverfast
was delivered with the snanner. I hope you like my results :)

Very nice Alex. Sharpness and detail remains all over the pictures. Color and contrast are good too, although Photoshop comes in then of course.
Where are these taken?

I agree! Only one question...on my screen, the white parts of the tail markings and the US roundel seem rather pinkish...anybody else seeing the same or do I need a new laptop?

I see that too. Maybe it should be that way as the star in the US roundel is white.

I also see a hint of colour distorsion. I think an overcorrection to underpress cyaan.

Great shots, i was there as well.

I was at the far end of the runway when the SU-27 came in, it was hanging next to a transport in high aoa when it came in right? :)

I also remember burning my ..err knieholtes, because of standing towards the runway/taxiway all day with 35 degrees sun in my back..

So damn hot those couple days.

could be right, it's an old scan made with a minolta scan dual II,

I also think it's to smooth...

anyway here is another one from the same trip.
A bit out of focus, but a spectacular shot ( my humble opinion)
