Thanks for your comments! Can you please tell us (maybe a coordinate?) where you have been standing when you took these pictures and how many mm you needed?. All these pics were taken with a 70-200 lense (FF camera). You will find the place on the picture below. The exact location is: 48°51'45.37"N,...

Re: 14 July 2014 Bastille Day Paris

On sunday I have heard the sound of a fighter (or more) flying overhead Maison Lafitte from the Paris area heading west around 18.30h. Could very well be the Rafales heading to Evreux from Le Bourget. I've heard this sound too. I think it was the two solodisplay Rafale on the way from Le Bourget to...

Re: 14 July 2014 Bastille Day Paris

Is there a chance to see the flyby from the Gare de l’Est when I am late? I don't think so... Maybe this website will help you to travel by Metro from Gare de l'Est to Invalides http://www.ratp.fr/itineraires/fr/ratp/resultat-detaille/start/Gare+De+L%27Est+%28Verdun%29+%28METRO%29%2C+Paris/end/Inva...

BAN Landivisiau 27/06/2014

Ten days ago I was at BAN Landivisiau for 40 years anniversary of SEM (Super Etendard Modernise). The weather turned far better than scheduled. In the morning I was outside, and was lucky to see return of five 11F Rafale M from NTM at Jagel. http://www.kirikoo.net/images/7brunod-1-20140706-142442.jp...

Did all the planes leave already? If not does any one know what is still present?
I just know that president Hollande will see tomorrow afternoon australian prime minister, so RAAF bird is still at LBG. But for the others I don't know exactly

CDG-LBG 05/06/2014 Government-Military

Yesterday was a big day all around Paris airports! Because of D-Day ceremony in Normandy, there were a lot of arrivals in those three airports! But I had a choice to do. So in the morning I was at LBG for Australian and US arrival. Sadly in early morning the light wasn't perfect... http://www.kiriko...

Re: French Air Force Rafales at Saint Dizier

I didn't know the "trente mille" still flies. It was often seen in 2011 and then they disappeared from the showground. I thought they were back to gray again. It seems there is a trouble between company who made this paint scheme and French Air Force. FAF thought the company must remove the paint, ...
