That doesn't mean it was actually delivered to Oman though. I recall seeing one at Edwards last year but until I check my list I can't confirm which one it was.

These callsigns have been used before for F-15s flying from Lakenheath to the US therefore it might be a new 'deployment' callsign as per Retro, Trend etc...
The base is very open and all aircraft were read from the main road that runs alongside the base. We left before anything flew and all numbers were read from inside the car.
