Re: IMPOUNDED in Spain: Israeli IDF/AF Bell 212s bound for Iran

Foiled again! Don´t you realise it was all a plot to flog the Persians some dodgy choppers from which infected components would then find their way into the entire Iranian Army complement of 300+ helos - trust me, g.earth some bases, they look awesome! Nah, too far fetched, no-one would believe it: ...

Another (active) HH-3F was 15.32/MM81344 As already posted, the F-16s and EFs shimmered on their ramps, but confirmed Ton...

Re: Libya - UN no-fly zone - Coalition overview

I like the Mr! At Trapani were at least 11 AMI Tornados quite close to the road (I have not got anything resembling a log yet) and in 5 hours, 2 flew. A very patient man could spend a fun day there! Also present were 6 Canadian Hornets, all read from the dyke, and two ramps with a mix of AMI Vipers ...

Spotters Day Luxeuil 01 July

Hi Scramblers,

I am looking for a lift from YOUR local international airport to / from Luxeuil for the Friday of the Spotters Day. Obviously will share car / petrol / beer / resonable overnight stop costs.

Please reply before the cut-off date for payment!

Thanks

Re: Ben Gurion Airport LLBG

Arriving yesterday was "new" Boeing 707-300C "295" in the sexy new dark* scheme. It is almost certainly the former B707-366C SU-AXJ (cn 20919/888) / N707KN. It has (so far) no boom nor were wing pod refuelling tanks fitted - it might even be the a/c I couldn't identify at SAT in January, and it's la...
