Agree with this! It is very early, I know, but I am looking to do this in a day trip from the UK (mad, I know!) - as it's three hours drive from AMS, does anyone know what time the event will start and finish? :)

Re: schiphol 04-10-2012

Well done from braving the elements for the Emirates 777! My friend and I had just turned up at McDonalds for some food having given up with the rain and the fact it was pitch black, we did wonder if we'd ever see the results of that picture! :P

Re: Abbreviations, info, parkingspots and runway info

Will be at Schiphol on 04-10 and 05-10, is there any expected runway or taxiway closures I should be aware of? :)

Many thanks!

Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 7-8 July 2012

There are two number 1s, I think I've got them right, but I've still not had 100% confirmation as to which aircraft is which - if anyone has a 100% visually confirmed list...? :)

Thanks for the link to my site, by the way :D

Rostock-Laage (ENTL/-) – 26th March 2012

A slightly late post, but I forgot I hasn't posted here! A base tour of Laage Airbase, home of the Luftwaffe's Jagdgeschwader 73, "Steinhoff"! Typhoons galore, started foggy and just got better and better. Many thanks to Rick Sleight of the Breakaway Aviation Tour Group for the organisation and to A...
